These Terms of Service and SMS Terms govern your use of the ScalpMasters RI website, contact forms, consultation services and text-message communications.

By accessing this website, submitting information through the website or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ScalpMasters RI

ScalpMasters RI provides scalp micropigmentation consultations and related cosmetic services.

Information provided through this website is intended for general informational and consultation purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, hair loss, allergies, skin conditions or other health concerns.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Upload files containing malware or harmful code
  • Upload photographs you do not have permission to submit
  • Use the website to violate another person’s privacy or legal rights

3. Consultations and Services

Submitting a website form or photographs does not create a client relationship, guarantee an appointment or guarantee that a particular service will be appropriate for you.

Any recommendations made before an in-person evaluation are preliminary and may change based on additional information, skin condition, hair pattern, medical history or other factors.

Scalp micropigmentation results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee a specific appearance, result, duration or outcome.

Specific pricing, deposits, payment terms, appointment policies, preparation instructions, aftercare requirements, cancellation terms and refund policies may be provided separately. Those additional terms will govern the applicable appointment or service.

4. Photographs and User Submissions

You may have the option to upload photographs and provide information for consultation or evaluation.

By submitting photographs or other content, you confirm that:

  • The photographs depict you or someone who authorized their submission
  • You have the right to submit the photographs
  • The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • The submission does not violate another person’s privacy or legal rights

Submitted photographs may be reviewed and stored as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate requested services and maintain related business records.

Submitting photographs for consultation does not give ScalpMasters RI permission to publicly post or use those photographs in marketing.

Separate written or electronic permission will be obtained before photographs are used in advertising, social media, promotional materials, portfolios or before-and-after galleries.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, page designs and other materials—are owned by or licensed to ScalpMasters RI.

  • Changes to an appointment

11. SMS Consent

You may opt in by entering your mobile number, selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting the applicable website form.

By opting in, you authorize ScalpMasters RI to send text messages to the mobile number provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing or messaging system.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

The SMS checkbox will not be selected automatically. Providing a phone number without selecting the SMS consent checkbox does not enroll you in recurring text messages.

You confirm that:

  • You are authorized to consent to messages at that number
  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You will notify us if the number is reassigned or is no longer used by you

12. SMS Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, appointment activity and interactions with ScalpMasters RI.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges are your responsibility. ScalpMasters RI does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program.

13. SMS Opt-Out and Help

You may discontinue text messages at any time by replying:

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent or initiate another conversation where a response is permitted.

Opt-out requests using similar language, such as “cancel,” “end,” “unsubscribe” or “quit,” may also be recognized and processed.

Consent and a practical method of opting out are core carrier messaging expectations.

14. SMS Delivery

Text-message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and messaging providers.

ScalpMasters RI and participating mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed, blocked, filtered, misdirected or undelivered messages.

Not all mobile devices or carriers may support every message or feature.

We may suspend or terminate the SMS program, change the sending number or modify program features when reasonably necessary.

15. Mobile Information and Privacy

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records and messaging consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be provided to messaging, communications and technology vendors solely as necessary to:

  • Deliver requested text messages
  • Operate the messaging platform
  • Maintain consent records
  • Process opt-out requests
  • Provide customer support
  • Maintain security and legal compliance

Those service providers are not authorized to use mobile information for their own marketing.
